(Tabled at last meeting allowing time to investigate options)
A. The top riser of the stairway leading to the 2nd floor exceeds the maximum variation allowed for rise.
B. The headroom at the top of the same stairway is deficient in height.

 

2. H-34-07 at 350 East 1700 South

A. The headroom for the stairway leading to the basement is deficient in height.
B. The mechanical duct encroaches into the required ceiling height.

3.   H-33-07 at 632 East 1300 South  

A. The headroom for the stairway leading to the basement is insufficient in height.

4.   H-32-07 at 1380 East Ramona Avenue

A. The headroom for the stairway leading to the basement is deficient in height.
