A. The top riser of the stairway leading to the 2nd floor exceeds the maximum variation allowed for rise.
B. The headroom at the top of the same stairway is deficient in height.

A. The headroom for the stairway leading to the basement is deficient in height.
B. The mechanical duct encroaches into the required ceiling height.

A. The headroom for the stairway leading to the basement is insufficient in height.
