I found this awesome little slide show.

It compares interest rates going up versus properties going down in value.

    That was a very interesting chart. After looking at that information it does cause you to pause and think about whether it is really worth it to wait.

    I agree Bill. I think people keep forgetting Real Estate is a place to live and the investment side is important too. I think many folks think you must make a killing on house when you buy it or you lost money. If you plan to live there more than five years and you have a good low rate you will be better off.

    This is pretty cool.
    Nevertheless, to be fair, the benifit in buying at a lower price does let you sell for more at some point, hopefully.
